Flat and Round Silicone Drains Jackson-Pratt® Type
Realized in two different profiles Jackson–Pratt® Type drains are provided with a 20cm long fenestration. Made of transparent silicone to enhance patient comfort and reduce trauma on insertion and removal of the drain.
Round and flat drains are indicated for:
 
• Cardio surgery
• Neurosurgery and spine surgery
• Plastic surgery
• General and abdominal surgery
• Vascular surgery

 
Flat Jackson-Pratt® type drains are differentiated by a single extrusion profile, unique on the market. Inner ribbing helps prevent drain collapsing and clogging  to assure an high flow drainage.
 
 
Silicone Reservoir
Redax silicone bulbs  are made of high quality and soft  silicone, available in three different sizes (100ml, 200ml, 400ml). Provided with internal anti-reflux valves and two inlet port for double drain connection. REDAX silicone reservoirs guarantee riskless post – operative drainage experience both for operators and patients.  Bulb Silicone walls provide easy activation of suction. No internal mechanism to interfere with emptying exudate. Negative pressure developed by the system is ranging 25-75 mmHg.
Ideal systems to be used with Jackson-Pratt® type drains but we also recommend innovative solutions in combination with our Smart and Spiral Drain.
 
 
Silicone closed wound systems
• Medical grade elastomer, biocompatible, silicone
  bulb closed systems. Clear, premium quality
  silicone provides enhanced drainage visibility.
• Silicone bulb are indicated for plastic surgery,
  neurosurgery, orthopaedics, OB/GYN surgery and
  laparoscopic surgery.
• Bulb Silicone walls provide easy activation of
  suction. Negative pressure developed by
  the systems is ranging from 25-75 mmHg.
• Internal anti-reflux valve helps prevent  backflow of
  fluid to the patient.
• Clear reservoir and graduation make it easy to
  identify and measure exudate
 
 
Drentech™ Bag-Robinson System
Closed drainage system designed for gravity, composed by a collection bag with a silicone drain attached.
 
 
Penrose
Penrose drains are especially designed for wound drainage by gravity avoiding liquids and blood collection into the wound site.
 
 
T-kehr
T-Kehr wound drains are recommended for long term biliary drainage, sclerosing cholangitis and biliary strictures.

View drains are provided with tapered oval drainage eyes maximize drainage performance and help prevent tissue damage and clot adhesion. Available in 6 eyes pattern. Ideal  for gravity suction.
 
 
Bellows
The suction system is equipped with a dilatory stainless steel spring located inside the collection bellow.  The spring limits the dimensions and allows a constant suction level  and collection capacity.
The graduation on the lower part of the system allows checking the quantity of fluid collected.
Each system is equipped with an extension tube with flow regulator and relevant multi-gauge connector adaptable to drainage tubes between 6 and 18 CH diameter for PVC drains connections
Bellows are available with a capacity of 50, 200, 500, 700 ml with the connecting tube
 
 
Closed Wound system in PVC
The closed wound system is equipped with a dilatory stainless steel spring located inside the collection bellows.  The closed-circuit system is fitted with a connector in the lower part to which a collection bag,  fitted with an anti-reflux valve, is connected.
The bag, with or without tap, may have different capacities. The bag can be replaced individually or emptied through the drainage tap.
Each system is equipped with an extension tube with flow regulator and relevant multi-gauge connector adaptable to drainage tubes of between 6 and 18 CH diameter.
 
 
Redon
Redax has developed round PVC wound drain series specifically for post-operative surgery.
PVC medical grade, biocompatible, thromb and kink-resistant drains.
All drains are marked with a blue X-ray line and have a clear graduation mark 5 cm from the last hole.
